Spectacular day trip from Lancaster, PA to New York City

ITINERARY

NOTE: you'll be on your feet most of the day; there aren't many places to sit down!

6:45 am Leave Lancaster, PA, on a motor coach (bathroom in the back; lots of storage)

9:30 am dropped off at the stage door of Radio City Singers enter and warmup for the show Non-singing travelers have free time before entering the theater and finding their seats 10:45 am Singers are on stage, opening for the Rockettes

11:00 am All watch the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular show

12:30 pm Lunch on your own - most people pack a sack lunch, but there are many places to pick up something

Take a guided tour of Radio City Music Hall $42 tickets here A lot of stairs!
Go ice skating at Rockefeller Center All details here
Grab a cab or Uber and visit Ground Zero Tickets and details here
Visit St. Patrick's Cathedral (good place to sit down for a while!) Details here

5:00 pm Board our coach at Bryant Park

To finish our big day with a splash, our coach takes us to a fabulous buffet dinner at Bella Italia restaurant in Orange, New Jersey. And then, we arrive back in Lancaster sometime around 10:45 pm.

Thank you so much for everything. The Radio City trip was just perfect, perfect planning, perfect weather, wonderful people, the performance was so wonderful, dinner was delicious, and staying in your home was the icing on the cake! I want to thank you for the gift that you gave each and every one of us, this opportunity to travel to NY to sing for the Rockettes audience and to share wonderful fellowship with other fellow singers. I am not a very adventurous person, but something made me jump at this opportunity. It is so evident that all of your time and hard work "making this happen" brought you joy seeing that it brought us joy. My husband and children all have told me how proud they are of me.
